3. Success Fees
- Flores Realty charges a 10% Buyer’s Premium, applied only after an auction is successfully won.
- The fee is calculated based on the final winning bid price and must be paid to complete the transaction.
4. Payments and Transactions
- All payments, including deposits and success fees, must be completed through the methods specified on the platform.
- Ownership of a property is transferred only after payment is fully processed.
5. Property Information
- Sellers are responsible for providing accurate and complete property information.
- Buyers are encouraged to review property details, images, videos, and ask questions before bidding.
6. User Conduct
- Users must act honestly and fairly when using the platform.
- Fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or unauthorized use of accounts may result in account suspension or legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Flores Realty is not responsible for errors in property listings or disputes between buyers and sellers.
- We facilitate transactions but do not guarantee property value, condition, or outcomes of auctions.
8. Privacy
- Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
- By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described.
9. Modifications
- Flores Realty reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
