At Flores Realty, we facilitate real estate auctions, but the transfer of property after a successful auction is managed directly between the buyer and the seller.

Key Points:

• Once an auction is won, buyers and sellers are responsible for coordinating the property handover or closing process.
• Flores Realty charges a 10% Buyer’s Premium, applied only after an auction is successfully won., but we do not manage physical property transfer or shipping.
• Buyers and sellers are encouraged to communicate clearly and follow all legal and local requirements for property ownership transfer.
• Our platform provides guidance, documentation templates, and support to ensure that the handover process is smooth, secure, and transparent, but final responsibility lies with the parties involved.
